			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>New Zealand Transport Agency manages the Motor Vehicle and Driver License Registers and in the past made use of two different forms to update each of the Registers. Once the applicant has completed each form, it is tri-folded to an envelope size and posted back to New Zealand Transport Agency, using the ‘Freepost’ envelope supplied.</p>
<h4>Business Situation</h4>
<p>New Zealand Transport Agency wanted to combine the two forms into one, but at the same time also needed to comply with the new Future Post Standards.  For New Zealand Transport Agency to continue receiving their discounts from NZ Post for Freepost rates, the form needed to be completely sealed when posted (the old form, when tri-folded left the sides open)</p>
<h4>The Solution</h4>
<p>With the guidance of the account manager, Wickliffe’s Dunedin production team came up with the concept and used Hunkler-Web technology to develop a unique solution that combines the two forms into one, with an envelope attached. (See diagram) The form is completed, folded and inserted into a freepost envelope which was detached from the form.</p>
<h4>Benefits</h4>
<p>There have been several benefits to New Zealand Transport Agency as a result of this solution being implemented:</p>
<ul>
<li>New Zealand Transport Agenzy has combined two forms into one, ensuring that both registers are updated at the same time.</li>
<li>Cost saving benefit in the form of Freepost discounts being received for the form complying with Future Post Standards.</li>
<li>The Applicants change details are kept confidential in the sealed envelope.</li>
<li>The form is easier for the applicant to use, no need to tape or staple the form to seal for posting.</li>
<li>The form is easier to open at the New Zealand Transport Agency processing centre. Some of the old forms would come in with staples and cello tape.</li>
<li>Only one stock line to manage so less chance of obsolescence if the form needs updating.</li>
<li>The form is bigger so can hold more information from the applicant.</li>
</ul>
